Take 1 fluid ounce ((30ml) or 2 tablespoons followed by a full 8 oz. (approx. 1/4 liter) glass of water.

Juice should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1/2 hour before a  meal, so that your system will absorb it faster.

Take 1 ounce (30ml) per day on an ongoing basis. Use your own discretion in increasing or decreasing the amount of Noni juice you take based on how "good" or "well" you feel. For more challenging health conditions many people increase to 2-3 times the average dosage with great results.

For colds or other sudden onset illnesses people have taken larger amounts,   at one time (or throughout the day), and feel that they have averted the illness. You may try this for yourself, but we don't recommend it until after your body is adjusted to the juice for a week first.
