Hawaiian Noni is low-temperature dehydrated. This is a superior process over other dehydrated methods or freeze-dried methods used by other Noni Manufacturers. Low-temperature dehydration completely preserves the enzymes that are so valuable in Noni! Freeze-drying is often done to noni pulp after it has first been extracted for the juice market, leaving only the less-than-desirable remains.
